HOUR25.AI (“us”, “we” or “our”) provides services (the "Service") that analyze the users behavior to provide emotional analysis (“User” or “you”).  HOUR25.AI developped the study app as a free app. This Service is provided by HOUR25.AI and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"), is used to inform Users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, you fully agree to the collection and use of information regarding this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing of your Personal Information. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. You also acknowledge and confirm that you are not required to provide us with your Personal Information and that such information is voluntarily provided to us but is essential for providing you with all functionalities of the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information such as your digital behavior, the frequency of your use of the Service and how you use it, including usage of other apps and browser, including but not limited to email address, phone number, username and password, android advertising identifier (the "Personal Information"). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.


Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information on your usage of the Service and download errors, as well as information related to your use of the app that your browser sends whenever you visit the app or use the Service (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.



Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as unique anonymous identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of the Personal Information that we collect, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as installing electronic security systems that guard against unauthorized access. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. It is hereby clarified that HOUR25.AI shall not be responsible or liable for unauthorized access, hacking, or other security intrusions or failure to store or the theft, deletion, corruption, destruction, damage, or loss of any data or information.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.


Business Transfers

We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including among others your Personal Information and Log Data, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of our applicable assets, or in the event of our bankruptcy.


Your California Privacy Rights

Please note that we may require additional information from you in order to honor your request, and there may be circumstances where we will not be able to honor your request. For example, if you request deletion, we may need to retain certain personal information to comply with our legal obligations or other permitted purposes. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. If you are submitting a request through an authorized agent, the authorized agent must provide us with your signed written permission stating that the agent is authorized to make the request on your behalf. We may also request that any authorized agents verify their identity and may reach out to you directly to confirm that you have provided the agent with your permission to submit the request on your behalf.


Finally, if you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request in writing a list of the categories of personal information relating to third parties to which we have disclosed Personal Information during the preceding year, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.


This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any dispute arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy will be brought solely in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, provided that any claim that you may have in connection with this Privacy Policy must first, and before taking any other legal action, be submitted to HOUR25.AI in the form of a complaint (to: Info@ HOUR25.AI), to enable the parties to resolve the claim in a friendly and effective manner.
